About the Artist
Hi! I’m Samya Zitouni, a visual development artist and illustrator from Los Angeles. I received my BFA degree in Animation from the Laguna College of Art + Design, and now work at Kisa Kids as a Concept Artist, and illustrator under the Bright Agency. I love how even the smallest prop or the subtlest detail in a character can tell a story.
When I’m not drawing, you can probably find me cuddling my cats, playing ACNH or making a matcha. I also run an online shop of my own prints, and co-founded Animuslims, a growing community of Muslim creatives in the arts.
